BETWEEN THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORAD") AND THE STATE BOARD
OF THE GREAT OUTDOORS COWRADO TRUST ~UND ENTITLED "1995
GREAT OUTDOORS COWRADO GRANT AGREEME~:T.•
WHEREAS, the Colorado Constitution appropriate, a portion of the net proceed• of
the Colorado Lottery to the State Board of the Great Outdoors Colorado Trust Fund and
directs the Board to invest thooe proceeds in the State'• parks, wildlife, open space and
recreational resources ; and
WHEREAS , the City of Englewood has submitted an application to the Board for a
grant from the State Trails ProgTam which was a pproved April 13, 1995; and
WHEREAS, Englewood proposes to !,did a trail oegment connecting the Arapahoe
Gree~way trail, that runs directly East of Ce~tenniaj Park, with a loop trail around
the Centennial Lake which would be signed for u ,,e only by bicyclists and
pedestrians;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ENGLEWOOD , COWRADO, AS FOLWW,,:

Board of the Great Outdoon Colorado Tru,t Fund io hereby accepted and approved by
the Englewood City Council. The Mayor is authorized to execute and the City Clerk to
attest and seal the Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Englewood, Colorado.

"Exhibit A".
