Fonda, Director of Utilities COUNCIL GOAL AND PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION None. RECOMMENDED ACTION The Water and Sewer Board , at their June 13 , 1995 meeting, recommended Council approval of a Bill for an Ordinance approving Southgate Supplement #126 . BACKGROUND, ANALYSIS, AND ALTERNATIVES IDENTIFIED A r equest was made by the Southgate Sanitation District representing the owner/developer for inclusion into the Southgate Sanitation District. Supplement ~·125 is for an area approximately 9.366 acres . The zoning was B-1 PUD (Administrative and Professional Offices) and MU PUD (Mixed Use). As of February 17 , 1995, it was rezoned to R-PH PUD (Residential High Density). The proposed use of this property is a 266 unit multi-family development Construction is scheduled to begin July, 1995 and end October, 1996 . The owner of the property js the Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Company. The legal is attached as Exhibit A. The property is located on the southwest comer of E. Ca ley Avenue and S.
