RECOMMENDED ACTION The Water and Sewer Board , at the ir March 12, 1996 meeting, recommended Council approval of a Bill for an Ordinance approv ing Southgate Sup ple ment #128 . BACKGROUND, ANALYSIS, ANO ALTERNATIVES IDENTIFIED A request was made by the Southgate Sanitation District representing the owner/de veloper for inclusion into the Southgate Sanitation District . Supplement #128 is for an area approximately 87.89 acres . The zoning per Douglas County is ER/DEO (Estate Res idential/Des ign Enhancement Overlay), with an approved lotting plan for 151 single-farr,ily dwelling units . The owner is U.S. Home Corporat ion . Service to the site would be provided by a gravity sewer system flowing northerly through Ca rriage Club Fil ings No . 2 and no . 3 and ultimatel y to Lincoln Avenue .
