It j ust sa ys ca r, so we need to add th at fo r co nsis tency . Then th e next one is und er th e '"Educ ati onal requirement s" ... under "(C) (2) (i)" and it has 10 do wit h lhc num be r of hour s. It asks fo r 200 hours of training , including a minimum of 100 hours of superv ised cla ss instru ctio n in refl exo logy and it was n't 100, it was 110 ... when it talked about according to the Ameri ca n Rcnexology Cert ifi ca ti on Boa rd s1trndard s ... ii was 11 0, so we wanted to be co nsistent th ere and chan ge the 100 to 110. It says they need to show evidence of co mplet io n and it rea lly should say ... of a reflexology program ... not a ce rti fied program , becau se there are so man y different programs out there . If we just say tha t th ey have had so me training to show th at th ey con do refle xology and then have thi s grace period to get up to th e ed ucatio nal stand ard s tha t we stated be fore . That see ms ad equate to me. Cou ncil Membe r Bradshaw said so yo u wa nt 10 strike the word "certified'"! Those arc my three points and l th ink the y are pretty simp le and stra ight for ward and hopefully we can just. .. I don't know ... ma ybe ha ve a meeting 1onig h1 on th is. Ma yo r Garrett sai d it is on the agenda and we will talk about it when we get the re.
