I don't know what that is fo r, t,ut it looks like a grea t retent io n po nct to me. Why wo uld ;·o u wa nt to make these changes? By gettin g the dog park out of the fl ood plain, th e Cit y wou ld not have to hire th e dog poo p po li ce to make sure 1ha1 all of th e was te was picked up imm ed iately. Agai n. in the study, they sugges 1ed onl y abou t half of th e waste wa s eve r picked up. The money co uld be saved because th e City wo uld not have to buy the fa ncy poo p ~ags fo r th e gu ys to use.
