Fo r the Judge , whi le we have so meo ne who is an elec1ec; officia l, once agai , I have o huge problem with the process of us ju st rece iving informati on on what other muni cipa lities pa y. We arc giving our judge the sa me co mpensation in a co mmunity of 32,000 peo pl e as the jud ge makes in Aurora, with a popu lation of 290,000 . That shou ld not be the goa l. I think each one of us approaches the way we make these determinat ions differentl y.
