Prior to lhal . in Trnffi c. we devel oped a program ca ll ed Speed Wat ch and I incl uded the p:tmp hl cl on that in yo ur packe ts. We would have a bl oc k where every once in aw hile th ere was a partic ul ar ind ividua l who was speedi ng and it was n't pra ctica l for Safety Se rvices to post an offi cer out there fo r hou~s and hours and hours. jusl on 1he chance th ey might be there when thi s indi"idua l wa s speeding.
