A RESOLUTION APPOINTING KOREN LOWRIMORE AS AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE
CODE ENFORCEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD .
WHERf~S, the Englewood Code Enforcement Advisory Commiuee we, eslnhli,hcd by the Englewood
City Council with the passage ofOrdinnnce No. 71 , Series of 1997; and
WHEREA~. the Code Enforcement Advisory Committee is an advisory committee focused on the
activities and 11ervices of code cnfo 1-:cmcnt and regulatory processes of the Neighborhood Services section
of the Department of Safety Services, the Committee makes recommendations to City Council and to the
City Manager or designce for improvements relating to the Neighborhood Services in the Ci:y; and
WHEREAS, Koren Lowrimort' hns graciously offered I'> serve on the City of Englewood's bonrds and
commissions and currentl y th ere uc no vacnncic.,; on the b•Jards and commissions; and
WHEREAS, the Englewood Ci1y Council desires to appo111t Koren Lowrimore as alternate member to
the Code Enforcement Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, City Council has requested staff to send this alternate member packets for the Board she
will be serving on so th11,t she can maintain an understanding of the current issues and nllesi and
WHEREAS , while the alternate will not be able to vote at the meetings , she is nevertheless requested to
attend as many meetings as possible to get a feel for the membership and issues; and
WHEREAS , Council wishes to express its grat itu de for the vol unteerism and service
that this individual wishes 10 bestow upon the City ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF
ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, THAT:
~-The Englewood City Council hereby appoints Koren Lowrimore as an alternate member of
the Eng lewood Transportation Advisory Committee.
