Housing Finance Spec iali st Grimmett sa id I am not s ure I understa nd yo ur questi o n. Do yo u want tu kno w if we have another site for nexl year's program? Mayor Bradshaw snid that is right. Ms . Grimmett said we arc working on that . bu1 the site is not up there in the same general area. It is in another pan of town and we arc still negotiating with the c urrent owner. But wc are working o n that. Mayo r Bradshaw said okay. I didn't want to put yo u on the s pot , but I just wanted 10 kn ow. Ms. Grimmcu said we are really working 1owards doing that , but unfortunately. because o f 1he moratorium that is up there, wc can 't proceed with the development of the rest of the sites on Wesley until th at is resolved and lifted. So we arc looking el sewhere , in order to complete the projec t for next year . Mayor Bradshaw said that is good . So they wa nt to work with us . Ms .
