In 1976. our reve nue s were a whop ping one hun dre d 1l1ousand do llars, he advi sed. and thi s ye ar we will exceed one hundred million . Thal is because of the good bu siness i:nv1ronment m Englewood. and be cause of the ve ry tin1: emplo yees that we ha ve. It is rather sparse ly populat ed. !l nd mos t of us who bough ,1o me s there really hkc it that way . I am 1101 saying that development up there woul d necessaril y impa ct it negatively, he all owed. but I would like it to be give n as mu ch consi deration as pos si ble . There has not been a lot of communicati on wilh the re siden1s about what they have in mmd. he sai d, and he wo uld be intere sted in hearin g more about i1. Most of us who li ve up there on 1he hill are mired and bo ught propen y there as our last home, so anything that is done up th ere 1s go ing to impact us more than it would in a lot of neighborhoods , he said. He allowed that a series of fluke s prob abl y h:ippened here . because normall y not 1hat many things could go wrong, but his ex perience m being a neighbor wnh th e Ci ty 1hcre has been very negative .
