WHEREAS , the Englewood Urban Renewal Authority hos the statutory authority to undenake projects which it finds necessary for the physical development of municipal land use includin!! the improvement of areas within the Cit y; and WHEREAS , Donald Roth was a member of the Englewood Urt>an Renewal Authority ; and WHEREAS, Donald Roth's term expired Febru af)' I.~ 06; and WHEREAS , Donald Roth has applie d for reappointme"t ·o the Englewoo~ ~,ban Renewal Authority; and WHEREAS , the Mayor, with the approval of the Englew ood City Council , desires to reappoint Donald Roth to the Englewood Urhan Renew al Aut!,ority ; NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY TllE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO , THAT ; • S"ction I.
