ap prox imatel y S?,000. Mr . Mccown recomme nded the award lo the low bidder, E &
J Concr e te in lhe amo unt of S39,915.30. He stated that S49 ,000 had been allo -
c ated in lhe Public I mproveme nt Fund for thi s program .

(c ) Aeling Director Romans prese nted the reconurmdation from the Com -
mun i Ly Dcve l opmen t Department to adopt a hi 11 for an ordinanc e approving an
agreement with the Colorado Health Depa r tment for an air monitoring station at
Cushing Park. Negotiations regarding t h is agreeme nt have tak en about a year
it ha s bee n reviewed by all involved city de partment s , and af ter considering
many other l ocations in Englewood, the Cushing Park site ha s been se lected .
The in stallation will requ ire approximat ely 25 x 25 feet to be located on the
extreme so uth end of the newly acquired prop erty which abuts the parking lot
