vole r esulted as follows:

Director Ragland, Engineering Services, duly sworn , prese nted te s timony and
background information concerning Paving Di s trict No . 30 and t he as sessments.
She exp l a ined the final asse s sr,1en t data whi ch included all co s ts re lative to
th e paving district. She stated th e asses sment factor -1.15181577 , wa s the
l owes t expe rienced by th e ~ily in th e la st ten years . Total costs for the
di s t rict were S851,26 9 .67 . She pre se nt ed the schedule for completion of the
dis tri ct, s taling that Oc tob er 3, 1986 at 5 :00 p .m. i s the deadlin e to r ec eiv e
So/. di sc ou nt for full or partial paym ent s . The as sessment roll will be
ce rtified lo Arap ahoe County on October 10 , 1986 . An y amendments to the
assessme nt roll will be consi dered by Council al it s August 18, 1986 meeting.

any time during the ten year period without penalty and if so, where will that
be in writing for futu re reference?
Council Member Van Dyke r es ponded to Ms . Fi sch er, s tating that any
individual who wish es to ca n pay off at any tim e the remai ning
principal of th e ir paving district assessment at the Arapahoe County
Dis trict Building. She further stated that they need to contact the
Arapahoe County Tr eas urer Office, s pecifically the handl e r of
asse ssment di s tricts; they ne ed to provide a schedule number whi ch is
record ed on the ta x noti ce. Sh e pro vided a phone number -795 -4560 .
