Cit y Attorney DeWitt c o nfirmed that Council presently had Ad- d enuum U b (ore them b eca use it was inadvertently left out of their packets . City Atto rney DeWitt noted when the agreement was origin al ly pr sent d to the City it would have required the Ci t y to terminate the us o( i s sewer treatme nt plant. Mr, DeWitt stated Section 806 of the agreeme~t b efore th e m intended to repea l th e sections in the previous ag r eement which prohibited the City from maintaining its extensive sewer tr atment system .
