Joh n Murr ay , 3315 South Broadway, came forward. Mr. Mu r ray as ked for a spec i al two -d ay sign perm it to advertise th e grand opening of h i s business 1'Ph ysical Wh ims ical", an in-do o r amusement park. Mr . Murr ay requested the s pecial permi t fo r Friday and Satu rday, February 11, and Fe br uar y 12. Co uncil Member Fitzpatrick stated time prohibited Mr . Murra y from contacting the Community Dev e lopment , Board of Ad- justments a nd Appeals on this matter . COUNCIL MEMBER NEAL REQUESTED CO MMU NITY DEVELOPME~T STAFF TO SEND A LETTER TO COUNCIL ON SOME KIND Of PROCEDURE THAT WOULD ALLOW SOME ADMINI~TRATIVE PR OCEDURE RATHER THAN GO THROUGH THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS AND TH AT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WORK WITH MR.
