r ecto r Diede presented the s tr eets that wer e pr oposed . He r e-
viewed th ~ City 's policy f o r pavi ng districts , and noted the avail-
ability of a deferral assPssment pro gram . Mr. Died e st a ted a JO-
yea r pr og r am will be i mpJ ,.mented in 1985 that will bri ng up streets
to Cit y s t andards .

Dicki nson r eq uested the wo r k to be done in accorda nc e to th e tJ se ,
whether it be re s id e ntial o r comme r cia l, to in s ure du r ability . Mr.
Dickinson qu estioned and asked staff to look in o why the d ri veway
at his aunt's ho use was being red o ne when it was wo rk ed on 15 yea r s
ago. Mr. Di ck in so n also ask d Co un ci l t o consider picking u p 50% of the cost .

before Co un cil . Mr s . Ha th away exp r essed conce r n about th e impact
of bus t ravel on the 3100 block . Mrs . H~thawa y stated she was gl ad to be put off for a year .
