Burnett stated ther e were plans to locate booths at v a ri o us locatio n s of th e park, and he wou ld be asking pe rmi ss ion fr om the Pa rks and Rec reation Departmen t to do th is . City Attorney De Witt stated Hou se Bill 1 24 3 amends pr oce- dares for the enfo r cement of dri n king water standards and reg u la- tions that provide an ad ministr at iv e hearing process for t he De- partment of Health.
