Home My WebLink About1977-06-13 (Special) Meeting MinutesSPECIAL MEETING: COUNCIL CHAMBERS CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO June 13, 1977 The City Council of the City of Englewood, Arapahoe County, Colorado, met in special session on June 13, 1977 at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Taylor, presiding, called the meeting to order. Mayor Taylor asked for roll call. Upon the call of the roll, the following were present: Council Members Williams, Sovern, Smith, Brown, Mann, Clayton, and Mayor Taylor. Absent: None. The Mayor declared a quorum present. Also present were: City Manager Mccown City Attorney Berardini Acting Personnel Director Brown Director of CODDllunity Development Wanush Director of Finance/City Clerk James • • • • • • Mayor Taylor stated the purpose of this meeting was to continue a meeting from May 9, 1977 on a public hearing concerning Hampden Professional Park Subdivision final plat. William J. Caskins, Jr., attorney for the Sternberg Partnership, stated that the residents of the area and other interested parties are coming close to reaching an agreement on the development of Hampden Professional Park Subdivision and requested a continuance of three weeks. COUNCILMAN WILLIA)I) K>VED TO POSTPONE THE PUBLIC HEARING ON HAMPDEN PROFESSIONAL PARK SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAT UNTIL JULY 11, 1977 AT 7:00 P.M. Councilman Clayton seconded the DDtion. Upon a call of the roll, the vote resulted as follows: Ayes: Council Members Williams, Sovern, Smith, Brown, Mann, Clayton, Taylor. Nays: None. The Mayor declared the motion carried, and the meeting was adjourned at 7:08 p.m.
