COUNCIL CHAMBERS

October 31, 1977
The Cit7 Council ot the Cit7 ot Englewood, Arapahoe County, Colorado
met in special session on October 31, 1977 at 8:20 p.m.
Mayor Taylor, presiding, called the meeting to order.
Mayor Taylor asked tor roll call. Upon the call of the roll, the
following were present:
Council Members Williams, Sovern, Brown, Mann, Taylor.
Absent: Council Members Smith, Clayton.
The Mayor declared a quorum present.
Also present were: Assistant City Manager Curnes
City Attorney Berardini
Director of Community Development Wanush
Director of Finance/City Clerk James
Deputy City Clerk Watkins

COUNCILMAN WILLIAMS MOVED TO OPD THE PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER
THE HAMPDEB PROFFSSIONAL PARK SUBDIVISIOI PLAT. Councilman Sovern seconded
the motion. Upon a call of the roll, the vote resulted as follows:
Ayes: Council Members Mann, Brown, Williams, Sovern, Taylor.
Nays: None.
Absent: Council Members Smith, Clayton.
The Mayor declared the motion carried.

Council Me mbers Smith and Clayton arrived at the meeting at 8:25 p.m.
Mr. Caskins, attorney, stated that his people and other interested
parties are beginning to concert on the wording and principal of the agreement
and he felt it the continuance were granted a final agreement could be reached.
COUNCILMAN SOVERN MOVED THE PUBLIC HEARING BE CONTINUED UNTIL
DECEMBER 12, 1977 AT 7:30 P.M. Councilman Mann seconded the motion. Upon a
cal1 or the roll, the vote resuited as follows:

Council Members Smith, Mann, Brown, Clayton, Williams, Sovern,
Taylor.
None.
The Mayor declared the motion carried.

COUNCILMAN SOVERN MOVED TO ADJOURN THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING.
Councilman Mann seconded the motion. Upon a call of the roll, the vote resulted
as follows:

The Mayor declared the motion carried and the special city council
meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
