IT MAY CONCERK e, the undersigned, beinc owners, tkxpayera, and resident• or Jackson'• Broadway H ei~ht• Addition of the City of ~nglewood, in Arapahoe County, State or Col orado, do h ereby object and make protest a e ainst the pasaaie or an ordinance which provide• for certain sanitary sewer improvements, and alao providea that the above mentioned Addition be a part of Lateral Sanitary Sewer District i 1. or the City ot Englewood. ~e maintain that Jackson's Broadway Heights Addition, be1n~ served by *1ro 2 inch water aina with a pp rozimate ly 45 taps on each, and one 2 inch water main 1th ap rozi tely 30 taps, does n ot have a water supply sufficient to flt operate and flush such a sewer and leep it in a sanitary condition; there bein~ about six months in each y ear that the majority of homes do not receive enough water for domestic pur p osea.
