TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF E!'GLEWOOD, COLO., AND ALL WHOM. IT MAY CONCERK
e, the undersigned, beinc owners, tkxpayera, and resident• or Jackson'•
Broadway H ei~ht• Addition of the City of ~nglewood, in Arapahoe County, State or
Col orado, do h ereby object and make protest a e ainst the pasaaie or an ordinance
which provide• for certain sanitary sewer improvements, and alao providea that
the above mentioned Addition be a part of Lateral Sanitary Sewer District i 1.
or the City ot Englewood.
~e maintain that Jackson's Broadway Heights Addition, be1n~ served by *1ro
2 inch water aina with a pp rozimate ly 45 taps on each, and one 2 inch water main
1th ap rozi tely 30 taps, does n ot have a water supply sufficient to flt operate
and flush such a sewer and leep it in a sanitary condition; there bein~ about six
months in each y ear that the majority of homes do not receive enough water for
domestic pur p osea.
We ruitther Eaintain that the installation of such ~ swwer C·without water) would
be a d•~rtment to otur community and incur an -mtjust expense on all tax payer•
and p roperty owner• in and for the a b ove mentioned Addition.

and published in the Ene lewood Herald of August 5, 1921. and August 26th, 1921, which
include• Jackaon•a Broadway Heights Addition as a part or the Lateral Sanitary Sewer
istrict ii l. ot the City of Ln g lewood, Colorado, be struck ou~ at the final
passage or the ordinance. And that the above mentioned addition be excluded rrom
tme Lateral San itary Sewer District J l, of the City of Englewood, and that the
sewer be not bu ilt tor the said Addition until such a time as water mains HAVE
BEE installed in said Addition sufficient in size to properlyflush such a sewer
and that all tax ayers and property owners in and for Jack1on•a Broadway Helcht.a
