The City Council of the City o f Englewood, Arapahoe County, Colorado, met in regular session
on November 15 , 1971 , at 8:00 P.M.
Mayor Schwab , presiding , called the meeting to order.
The invocatio n was given b y the Reverend Barry Kimbrough of the Englewood Methodist Church.
The Pledge of Allegiance wa s led by Boy Scout Troop No. 154.

Mr. Kells Waggoner appeared before City Council to discuss the memorandum regarding the
adoption of certain building codes.

the Annual Conference of the American Institute of Planners in San Francisco from October 24th

City Manager, pertaining to the cost estimates for Paving District No. 21, was received for the record.
It was the consensus of Council that more streets and alleys be added to the list to re-
place possible deletions of some streets and alleys presently on the list.
