Creek in the rear or the Bank and ot the Skerritt Investment COllP, Propertr
After a conference or the owners they offered to subscribe the ~ollowing

The desire or owners is to have the wall of six~y fee~ on sides in the
ot the buildings so that they could have foundation for a bridge so it would
be possible to ge~ on to the lots.
On the basis or the Engineers estimate this is one halt ot the total
coat or construction.
e further agree not to hold the town liable for any damage by reason
or highwater after ctrek is straightened.
