That to the above mentioned total amount, and the reapeo -1ve portion thereot
ao to be assessed upon the respective 1racts of land in said district, &a atoreaaid,
or ao much thereof aa shall be necessary eo pay the actual cost o! aaid improvements
and the gener l expenses, there will be added six r er oent, tor the coat of inapeo-
t1on, collection and other incidentals, and that there also will be a4d.f4 and in-
oluied interest to t he next succeeding date when by the laws of the State ot Colorado
general taxes, or the first installment thereof, are payable.
T!at the total actual cost of said improvements, together with intereat at the
rate o f six per centum per annum on the bonds issued in payment thereof, and the
per centum added for cost of inspection, collection, e•o., as aforesaid, •ill be
aaaeaaed against the aforesaid real estate.
That the said assessment will be due and payable without demand within thirty
d&ya trca and ''ter the time when the assessing of the whole actual ooet of eaid
improvements against said real estate shall become effective and in foroe; PROVIDED,
HOWEVER, that any owner who shall pay his full assessment within a period ot thirty
day• thereafter shall be entitled to an allowance of five per centum of th• amount
ao assesaed against his pr perty and paid by him; or in case any owner ot real eatate
ahall fail to pay t he whole of such assessment against his property within thirty
day• !ran and after the assessing ordinance assessing the same shall b&ve become
.-ffeotive and in force, then the whole cost of aaid improvements so a.eaeeae4 &g&inat
his property shall be payable in twenty (20) equal annual installments of th• prin-
cipal, with interest upon the unpaid installments, payable semi-annually at the rate
ot aix per centum per annum; the first of such installments of eaid prinoipal will
be due andpayable upon the next succeeding date of after the passage of the &•••••ing
ordinance upon which general taxes, or the first installment thereof, are by the laws
ot the State of Colorado made payable, and the remainder ot said installment• shall
be due an payable successively on the same day in each year thereafter until all
are paii in full.

ceedings of the City Cou ncil of said City relating to said proposed improvement dis-
trict and the proposed i mprovements therein are on file in the otfioe of th• City
Clerk, and oan be tere seen and examined by any person interested during buaineaa
houra of any day on or before and until the hour of six o'clock in the afternoon ·Of
ednes ay the 4th day of April, A. D. 1923.
That at said time all complaints and objections that may be made in writing con-
cerning the proposed improvements by the owner, or owners of any real estate to be
aaaeaaed, or any person or persons intere s ted generally, will be heard &n4 determined
by the City Council o! said City of Englewood before final action of .uoh Council
thereof, an · that at said time, to-wit: at the hour of eight o 1 olook P.K. on Wed-
nea ay, t he 4th day o! April, A. D. 1923, and aftertthe determination of all oom-
plainte and obj ctions so made, said City Council will take up and consider an or-
dinance creating sai district, ~nd or d ering t he improvements herein propoeed.
