The City Attorney qave a report on the Brook.ridge annexation suit and the llowltain States Telephone suit should be decided before 1966. 'fhe Rew Enqlewood case should be decided soaetiiae in July. 1965. The watter of the County Library Contract was sul:ai.tted to Council. There was no action necessary at this ti.Ile. It was aqreed that a list of the flood damages be submitted to Mr. Tan Jordan, Colorado Bouse of Representatives. as to consideration of any State funds that may be available. 67 68 Minutes of July 6, 1965 Mayor Love announced the willingness of the Consulting Engineers Association of Colorado to be of assistance in making estimates, etc. COOllCILMAH KREILIHG MOVED, COUNCILMAN HANSON SBCONDBD, 'MAT THE MEMBERS OF THE OIUGDIAL CHARTER COMMITTEE WHO HAVE AGREED TO SBRVB PLUS -NR. HALB HARDIN BB ASKED TO MBB'!' WITH COUNCIL AT 8:00 P.M. ON MONDAY, JUNB 26, 1965. Upon the call of the roll, the vote resulted as follows: Ayes: Councilmen Allen, Fullerton, Hanson, Kreiling, Rice, Love. Hays: None. Absent: Councilman Braun. The Mayor declared the motion carried. Councilman Fullerton brought up the matter of outstanding services of the City Departments during the flood disaster. The City Manager reported as to a letter of comnendation going out to all employees, and that he would like to pay extra canpen- sation to three department heads, Utilities Director, Director of Public Works and the Chief of Police. COUNCILMAN FULLERTON MOVED, COONCIU4AN HANSON SECONDED, THAT THE MEETING BE ADJOURNED. Upon the call of the roll, the vote resulted as follows: Ayes: Councilmen Allen, Fullerton, Hanson, Kreiling, Rice, Love. Hays: None. Absent: Councilman Braun.
