district in accordance with Chapter 180 of the Session Lawe of Colorado for 1923,
otherwise l::no\m as that certain Act ''He la ting to Local Improvements in Ci ties and Towne!1 passed by the legislature of Colorado,and duly signed by the Governor on April 9,1923.
2. That t he proposed South Bruadway Paving District liumber Three,ehall include all of
the real eatate,lote .,landa,parcels and acres,exelucive of public highw.qe,w1thin the
follow i ng boundry line e,to-wit:
Beginning at a point on the center line of South Elati Street which is 359 feet south
of the oenter line of West Hampden Avenue,thence south along the center line ot South
~lati Street t o an inters ec tion with the center line of West Quincy Avenue, thence
east to an intersection with the center line of South Pensylvania Street,thenoe north
to n in tersection with the cen ter line of -=<'aat ~;Ianafield Avenue, thence west to an

the pr o erty line at intersectio11s. The k ind of pavement to be either one course
cencrete 7 lnchos thick,or I inch Warrenite bithulethic on a 3t inch usphaltio concrete
0 base ,or ~inches aspha ltic co n cr ete on :a,3} inch asphal~ic concrete base.
4.The materials to be used in the proposed improv c11ent are those described a~ove,
and also the following to-wit: Curb and gutter:..•o be ·1of l:oonel7ete o in the proportion
, f ne p rt ce1:ient ,to t wo parts sand, to three parts gravel. ·
Storm sewer to be of vitrified ti le or concrete pipe. Catch bastns to be of concrete,
5 . That the c st of suid ir.iprove r:i ent shall be payable in twenty annual inatallments.
That the first of said installments s ha ll become due and p uyuble at a time to be
fixed upon t he comple ti on of said i r:iprov cmen ts by t h e final assessing ordinance,
and one installmen t each year there u f ter unt il the sume are fully paid,a.11 of the
co ts of sai imp r ov emen ts bei ng dlle an d p :1yuble within thirty days after the final ·

6 . that all unpaid princi~a.l of said cost s and assessments shall bear interest at
tne rate of n t :iore than 6 per cent,per annum,and any and all installments not
pa.id as each instul l ~ent becomes de~erred,shall bear interest at the rate of one
per cent,per nth ,unt ilpuid ,as provided by s tatute.
