NOW, THEREFOR~ B~ IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO, That estimate Number 7, final, of the City Engineer showing the amount due to Ch•s O.Sevier, the Contractor constructing the improvements in Englewood Sidewalk District Number 3, of said City, on accowit of material furnished anl work done, be and the same is hereby approved in the total sum due for said estimate No.7, final, of fifteen hundred and twenty-folµ' and 48/100 ltl524.48) dollars and the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to deliver to The Enslewood State Banlt of Englewood, Colorado, buyer of said bonds of said Englewood Sidewalk District Nwnber 3, bonds in the aggregate swn of fifteen hundred and no/100 ( 1500.00) dollars, consisting of three (3) bonds numbered thi•ty-one (81) to thirty-tl:mee (33), inclusive, being in the denomination of five huncb-e4 and no/100 ( 500.00) dollars each, this 12th day of November, A.D. 1928, and out of the proceeds received from the sale of said bonds pay to Chas.O.Sevier the swn of fifteen hundred and twenty-four and 48/100 (~1524.48) dollars according to said final estimate.
