MoCord qe. 8m1th qe, 'NH.EREAS, The Denver and iUo Grande Western Railroad Company proposes to plaoe crossing aignals with both audible and visual indication at the inter- section of their tra _ka and West Dartmouth Avenue in the town of Englewood, Colorado, and desires to place said signals in the center of said street; and WHE ~S, the installation of said signals at said location is approTed by the City Counoil of Englewood, THEREFORE BE IT RE~ULVED b7 the City Council of the City of Englewood, Colorado, that permission and authority be, and same are hereby granted unto said railroad company to install and place oros~ing signals in the center o~ Weat Dartmouth ~Temle in the City of Englewood in the v1c1n1t7 o~ the inter- aeotion of the tracks of said railroad company with West Dartmouth ATenue; said signals to be placed in a cement base five by six feet, approximately fifteen feet west from the center line of the westerly main track and approx- imatel7 fifteen feet east from the center line of the easterl7 main traok of said railroad company.
