Clerk read letter from R.G.Helmick asking that the City pay for graTel that
had been hauled by R.H.Ulrich tn front of house at 2816 So.Lincoln Street.
This was referred to the Street and Bridge Committee.
A letter from H.S.Robertson of the Tramway Co.stated that they would be glad
to ooeperate **th the City in trimming the branches from the trees which
extend out over the street and aoross the trolly wires as soon aa the line
crews are aYailable.

Mr Crowley came before the Council to discuss the beat means of taking care
of the water from hie greenhouses in 3600 block on louth Broa4W&7
Thia too was referred to the Water &nd Irrigation Coma.
Mr.CUllison ~as asked to get estimates on repairing sidewalks in front of
the Skerrett InTestment Co. to be presented at next meeting.
A Comaittee consisting of Cullison, McCord and Pearce was appointed
Mayor to inTestigate the damage done the property of Gordon Bell by
dirt that had been allowed to fall onto his premises destroying two
buildings.

A letter from Lire. Lillian Bullen, ~ec';. of the Library Board stated that
the terms of three members of the Board had eXJ>ired and asking that the
Council appoint three members to fill these vacancies.

WHEREAS The Pirm of UoCreary, Kelly and Carhart hage submitted a proposal
in writing to the Jlanning Commission of the City of ~glewood,
Colorado, offering to do the Engineering work in acoordanoe with
the t9rms of their proposal for the total sum of twelve hundred
and no/100 Ct1200;00) dollars, payuble one hundred and no/100
Ctl00.00) dollars December 1930, six hundred and no~OO Cl600.00)
dollars March.10, 1931, and five hundred and no/100 Ci500.00)
dollars August 10, 1931.

show the sanitary sewer system, the water system, the location of

authorized to enter into a contract with said firm in aocord&moe with
the terms of this resolution.
