Alderman Nielsen introduced the following reeolution1
RESOLU'l1ION.
W JIBRJU.~. The City Attorney of the City of Bnglewood, Colorado,
baa submitted a contract with the Municipal Power Development Compan7 1 Incorporated, for the erection and construction of a municipal power
and water plant and system upon the terms ot the bid accepted b7 the
Cit7 Council, in accordance with the plane and specifications .. de b7
Wood and Weber, Inc., special engineers, and
WIBRBJ.S, the City Council has read said contract and find the eaae
in proper form according to law.
IOW, TllBRElORE BE IT RESOLVED that said contract be executed an4
signed by the Kayor of the City of Englewood, Colorado, a~1d the seal of
the Cit7 of Bnglewood be affixed and attested by the City Clerk.
