COLORADO CENTRAL POWER FRANCHISE PAYMENT
Kr. Harold Rua• of tbe Colorado Central Power Company presented a fran-
cbiae check in the aaount of $15,179.83 to the City Council. This aaount is
the francbiae tax due and payable for the 6 months ending Deceaber 31, 1960.
Tbe llayor thanked Kr. Rust for appearing and giving the Council occasion
to diacuaa any queations with regard to the operation of the electrical
franchiae.

Treacle, 4230 South Elati. This letter related to a zonin1 violation by
llr. Harold Dean at 4229 South Delaware involving the operation of a 1ara1e
aad llodj : shop in a residential area.

tbi• tract of land. Diacua•ion enaued. Councilaan Brownewell reviewed
tbat at the pre•eat ti .. further extension ot water u•a1e outside ot the
CitJ liaita could aerioualy restrict water use within the City. lie stated
tbat in a year and a balf or two years the City would be able to deteraine

bJ tbe CitJ Council on Septeaber 3, 1957 relating to drainage courses within
