COLORADO CENTRAL POWER FRANCHISE PAYMENT Kr. Harold Rua• of tbe Colorado Central Power Company presented a fran- cbiae check in the aaount of $15,179.83 to the City Council. This aaount is the francbiae tax due and payable for the 6 months ending Deceaber 31, 1960. Tbe llayor thanked Kr. Rust for appearing and giving the Council occasion to diacuaa any queations with regard to the operation of the electrical franchiae.
