That the Cler~ be instructed to write the Colorado Central Power Company, stating that the City of Englewood desires to pl.ll"chaee their distribution system in the City of Englewood,if a satisfac- tory agreement could be reached as to the purchase price, and if a satiefactory agreement cannot be reached, the City of Englewood desires to acquire the same by condemnation. Also stating that the City Council would like to meet with the Officers of the Power Company to discuss these uiatters.
