RESOLUTIO U.
WII!.~~S the instal l ments of ep~cial tax on the f~llowing propert7, to-wit:
A tract beginning at Southeast (·SE ·)~ corner of northeast quarter fNBiJ of
Southwest quarter ( s:1-t ). thence North along center line of Broadwa7 seventy-
five (75) feet, thence West three hundred thirty (330) feet, thence North
one-hundred seven and thirty seven hundredths (107.37) feet, thence West two
hundred eighty eight and two tenths (288.2) feet. thence South one hundre4
eighty two (182) feet to deviding line between Northeast Quarter (Bit) an4
Southeast quarter (Slit), thence ~st along said line six hundred eighteen an4
one tenths (618.1) feet to beginning, sit~ated in the City of Englewood,
County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado, have not been paid for a perio4 of
five (5) yeare l r. the amount of nine hundred twenty nine and 40/iOO 11929.40)
dollars including penalties and interest.
AND WHEREAS the owner of said property has offered to pay the face amount
of the installments together with the interest at the rate of sis per centum
(6~) per annwn fro m the due date thereof.
AUD WHEREAS the Council feels that ·Said offer is ·equitable and just and that
the total amount of said installments t og ether with the proved unpaid installments
would amount to more than the val u e of the property end that therefore, said offer
should be accepted.
NOW , THEREF OaE BE I T RE~OLVED, that the County Treasurer of Arapahoe County,
and he is hereby authJrized to accept the face amount of said installme;nts together
with the interest at the rate of six per centum (6%) per snnum from the due date
thereof, and ieeue a r~ceipt for all installments paid.
