RESOLUTION Dolezal Aye Weigand Aye WHEREAS it has been determined by the Certified Public Accountants who have recently completed an audit or the accounts and affairs of the City or Englewood, that the said City has a deficit which has been in- creasing from year to year, and WHEREAS no provision has been made to care for said deficit and the interest thereon, and WHEREAS the current annual budget is insufficient to care for the current expenses, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOIVED: That application be made to the Colo- rado Tax Comaission for permission to increase the levy.
