ROll CALL: Bell Aye Dunning No Voting 4 Ayes Coombs Nay Walker Aye Nays 1 ~ayor so ordered RES lUTi ot Dolezal Aye Weigand Aye 1 r ot Voting WH2 REAS Ordinance #7, Series of 1935, rovides that any unappropriated monies coming into the City Treasury, and in excess of estimated revenues, may be a pp ropriated and distributed as t he City Council deems best, and 1'HEREAS lots 5 & 6, Block 5, Premier Ad d ition, which were owned by the City of Englewood, have been duly sold for Five Thousand <is,000.00) Dollars, net, and 1HEREAS the City Council deems it to the be st interest of the City of Englewood to apply this 15,000.00 on th e ir outstanding debt against the City Hall Building, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RES OLVED: That this Five Thousand (,5000.00) Dollars be appropriated for the retirement of )5000.00 Registered Warrants now out- standing and held by the En g l e wood Firemen's Compensation and Pension Fund, and t at t h e City Treasurer be instructed and authorized to draw a check therefor.
