RBVISION OF 1960 BUDGBT The City llana1er discusaed the revisions to the 1960 Bud1et as originally filed and considered by the Council whereby the entire Buainess and Occupational Tax is bein1 included in the Capital Improvements Program. The llayor ~•viewed that both 119aaurea on the ballot relating to off-street parking and providing for financing of special project• were defeated.
