RESOlUTION
WHIREAS LOT S 1 to 12 inc.; Block 8; Higginl Englewood Garden•; are
delinquent in the payment ot special taxes over a period or eeveral yeara,
and
WHEREAS the owner thereof, Nels Anderson, has ottered to pay the amount
ot the aaid de l inquent installments, together with lntereat on the aame at
the rate ot six percent (61!); and the Counci.L.be.lieves lt to be to the beat
lntereata ot the City to accept .auch otter;
NOW T q E~EF O RE BE IT RESOlVED: That the County Treaaurer of Arapahoe
:ou n ty b e and he is hereby authorized to accept as payaent in tull the aaount
or the said delinquent installmenta, plua _aix. par.cent (6') intereet; and to
issue a receipt in full therefor.

would be out the question at .the present time.

ing 1napect1on fee• was announced aa follows:
1. Additions to existing .instulations:. t1rst outlet, 50j; each additional
outlet, 10¢.
2. Fixtures: 25 ¢ tor the first~ 5¢ tor each additional fixture.
3. For re-inspection on account ot correc.ti.on, ~0¢.
