He stated that if he could obtain a satisfactory lease ot the Skagg s Bld g . on S o. Broadway he would secure the license. The Council expressed itself as a proving such a license and that when r. Pfost secured his lease on the premises, he could secure the license for the fee of 50.00 a year.
