Davies Ci ty Attorney/surrendered and turned over to the City Treasurer for safe- keepi n g 4,000.00 in City of Englewond, Colorado, Water Works Revenue Bonds which he had been holding . The Bonds are numbered 4; 5; 6; 7; and Mr. Davies was g iven a receipt for these bonds by the City Treasurer.
