Mayor Graham called the meeting to order and asked for Roll Call. ROll CAIL: Coombs Aye Dolezal Absent Dunning Aye Jenkins Aye Walker Absent Weigand Aye 4 Ayes Nays none Absent 2 A delegation of residents of the Northwest section ot the C1t.Y, holders ot water rights on an irrigation ditch running through that part of the City, appeared before the Council re garding a contract pertaining to the tiling and maintenance of the ditch. The opinion of the Council, upon the advise or the City Attorney, was that they were charged with the duty of keeping the ditch ~lear and open, after covering it; and didn't feel it was necessary to enter into any written contract. Mr. V.A. Guy spoke regarding the street addresses in the 3300 Block South Bdwy. The Council appointed Dr. Weigand to serve as a committee member with Mr. Guy and Postmaster Adams to work out some new system of numbering these lots. Ur. Al Guthner made a report to the Council of a recent tire inspection of the premiaaa of the Gothic Theatre, which was read. A copy was left on tile with t.he City Council .
