A delegation from South Bannock Street, South of Hampden Avenue, consulted
the Council pertaining to a Curb-Gutter & Oiling Project in that part of town.
No definite action was taken at this time.
Two representatives from the Junior Chamber of Commerce requested permission
to use the grounds around the City Hall for their ADDDal Fall Festival ~~e . {
held in August. ~ (j~ ~1 ~
Their request was granted, with the exception that the street area)on l»~M
West Girard not be used.
RES OlUTIONS
W4E REAS the following described property, to-wit:
lots 12 to 14; Block 10; Anandale;
Lots 43 & 44; Block 5; South Bdwy. Heights;
Lots 9 to 18; Block 20; South Bdwy. Heights;
are delinquent in the payment of special taxes over a period of several years,
and
WHEREAS the owners thereof, F.il. Millis, N.S. Niilsen and Henry J. Koch,
have offered to pay the amount of the said deligquent installments, together
with interest on the same at the rate of six percent (6() per annum; and the
Council believes it to be to the best interes~s of the City to accept such
offer;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the County Treasurer of Arapahoe
County be and he is hereby authorized to accept as payment in full the amount
of the said delinquent installments, together with interest at the rate of
six percent (&fo) and to issue a receipt in full therefor.
