RESOLUTIONS

W~ER!AS the following described property, to-wit:

lots 19 & 20; Block 11; Hamilton & Killie• Addition;
lots 30 -32; Block 9; Idlewild;
are delinquent in the payment or special taxea over a period of several years,
and
WHEREAS the owners thereof, Mildred Hubbard and Jay u. Hatfield, have
offered to pay the amount of the said delin~uent installments, together with
interest on the same at the rate ot six percent (efo) per annum; and the Council
believes it to be to the best interests of the city to accept such offer;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the County Treasurer ot Arapahoe County
be and he ia hereby authorized to accept as payment in tull the amount or the said
delin~uent installments, together with interest on the same at the rate or six per-
cent (~) per annum; and to issue a receipt in full therefor.
