Whereas Co mm un i ty Church Tract 105, is delinquent in the payment of
s pecial taxes over a period of several years, and

said delinquent installments, toget h er with interest on the same at the rate
or six percent (6() per annum; and the Council believes it to be the beat interests on
the city to accept such offer;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RES 01VED: That the County Treasurer of Arapahoe County
be and he ia here)y aut h orized tc accept as paywent in full the amount of the
said delin~uent installments, to g ether with interest on the same at the six
percent (~) per annum; and to issue a receipt in full therefor.
