llr. Arthur L. Martin of 4951 South Logan was given tbe oath of office by
Judse John Fitzpatrick and was seated witb tbe Council. Mr. Martin was appointed
to fill tbe vacancy created by tbe resignation of llr. Richard Craig fro• Ward Four.

Police report• were read regarding the applicants for liquor licenses for
Tbe Plantation Inc. and tbe Frontier Liquor Store.

license for The Plantation Inc., 5020 South
Broadway be granted.
