The City llana1er gave a report on the proposals of bond houses to handle
procedures and bonds for tbe proposed Paving District No. 8, and reco ... nded
that tbe bids be rejected and after a meeting with the bond houses receive new
bids; the new bids to be received Friday March 7th, 1958 by 5:00 P. II.
Tbe representatives from the bonding houses suggested that this would
be a good procedure.

The following Resolution was presented and read in full.
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, ordinance No. 8, Series of 1958, establishing assessments
for the various properties within Paving District No. 7 includes an assess11ent
of $1192.73 against Lot 9, Block 3, Koebler's Subdivision, and an assessment
of $646.90 against Lot 10, Block 3, Koehler's Subdivision, in the City of
Englewood, Colorado; and,
WHBRIAS, subsequent to the completion of the assessment rolls, the
above described properties have been divided; and sold; and,
WHEREAS, the owners desire to have the assessments reapportioned
to the several descriptions as now owned;
NOif, TlllREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the original assessments
a1ainat Lots 9 and 10, Block 3, Koehler!s Subdivision in the amount of $1839.63
be stricken from tbe assessment rolls for Paving District No. 7, and that the
following assessments be entered therein and in lieu of tbe original assessments:
