Section 2. Candidates for the position of Charter Convention Mellber

lated and aipied not more than 45 days prior to the day of election and shall be
filed witb the Clerk of the CitJ of Bn1lewood, Colorado, not less than 25 days
prior thereto.
Section 3. The Charter Convention shall meet on Friday, tbe 21st clay

Section 4. The officer• and meabers of tbe Cbarter Convention sball
receive no coapenaation, except that the reasonable expenses of tbe Charter
Convention shall be paid out of the treasury of the City of Bn1lewood upon the
order of tbe Preaident and Secretary thereof, and tbe expenses of tbe election
for the Charter*vote shall be paid out of the treasury of the City oi Bn1lewood
upon tbe order of tbe City Council.
Section 5. The Clerk of the City of Englewood sball 1ive notice by
publiabins in the official newspaper of the City a list of all nollinations to
the office of .. aber of the Charter Convention filed with bia, sucb publication
to be ... de one ti .. only and at least .six days before tbe election, in tbe fora
in wbicb aucb nollinationa shall appear upon the official ballot, and by postins

such election is to be held.
Section 6. A special election shall be held in the City of Bn1lewood,
Colorado, on Tuesday, July 8, 1958, between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M.,
at which time qualified electors of the said City shall by vote express their
approval or rejection of the Charter framed by the Charter Convention.

(1) Private pools shall be allowed in all Residential
districts only.
(2) Seaai-Private pools shall be allowed in all Residential

(3) Seai-Public pools shall be allowed in tbe R-3 Residential
district and both Commercial districts only.
(4 ) Public pools, privately owned, shall be allowed in both
Co1111ercial districts only.
b. Publicly owned and operated swimming pools shall be allowed
in all districts except industrial and parkin1 districts.
c. Indoor pools of a Seai-private or Seal-Public classification
