Clerk read the resi g nation of Jerry G. Boyer, as Chief of Police to be
effective February 25th. 1943.

Vogel, Seco:'ded) that the resignation ot Jerry G. Boyer as
Chief of Police, effective February 25th, 1943, be accepted and that the
best wishes or the City Council of Englewood be extended to Chief Boyer in his new work.

Clerk read a report of S p ecial Collector McClelland to the effect that the
City was holding notes for s p ecial improve ments for which there had been
no work done and no chance of there being sta~ted during the duration of
the war and reccom mended the return of the notes to th•6r makers.

Clerk read an agreement to be entered into between the Off ice of Price
Administration, State of Colorado, and the City Council of the City ot
Englewood, Colorado, for one room in the City Hall of Englewood, to
house the War P rice and Rationing Board No. 10-1, consisting ot 900
square feet, and is further und•oa&ood that the O.P.A. will reinburse
the City of Englewood to the extent of $15.00 per month for Janitor
services.
It is mutually agreed by o.r.A. and the City of Englewood that the above
arrangement may be terminated at any time by either party by 30 days
advance notice in writing.
