Palaer and llr. Sutton appeared for the Junior Police Band, stating that the income tor the Band had been derive:i solely tram the proceeds of an Annual Carnival. They asked that they be al~CJWed to use that part of th~ City Park lying North of the Tennis Courts for their 1956 Carnival. Lopes btr given JO days to remove the retaining walls and earth fills, and it not removed by that time that the City Attorney proceed to have same removed.
