Section l. Section 7 of Ordinance No. 13, Series of 1956, is hereby amended to read as tollowss
Section 7. When signs are erected to prohibit all-night parking and giving notice thereof,
no person except physicians and other persons on emergency calls shall park a vehicle on ~ of

Section 2. Section 9 of Ordinance No. 13, Series of 19.56, is hereby amended ~o read ae follows:
Section !t,Ca). The City Manager is hereby authorized to establish and designate bua stop
aanea, tii1 c zanea, loading zones, fire ~drant zones and intersection view zones, and to
el1•:1m.te or prohibit parking in front of theatres and other public buildings in such places
and in such mnner as he shall determine to be of the greatest benefit and convenience to the
public, and every such stand, stop or restricted parking area shall be designated ~ appropriate
signs or colors.
Section 9 (bf. The City Manager is hereby authorized to establish and designate tempcrari:q
for the purpose o the street cleaning program, whenever necessary, streets or parts of streets
on which there shall be no parking within times specified by signs placed along said streets or
parts of streets. Such designation of no parking shall temporarily supersede aey other restriction
or lirdtation on the time of parking which may exist on such street or part of street.
Section 3. All ordinan:es and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section L. The City Courx:il hereby finds, determines and declares this Ordinance is necessary for
the liBid!ate preservation of the public t>eace# health, safety and convenience.
Section 5. In the opinion of the City Council an emergency exists; there.fore, this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its final passage and publication.

reillburse said 1.lepartmnt tor the full cost of installing a traffic signal on S. H. 10 at the intersection
ot West Hupden Avenue and Bannock Street, in Enelewood, as per the term or said agreement, and
authorizes the execution of said agreement on be halt of the City of Englewood by' signature oft he Mqor
