Lowe .has put in curb and gutter and will not be able to drive over the curb unless the City fills the street. Fred Clatworthy, Manaaer of the Chamber of Commerce, spoke regarding the Cbristaaa li1htin1 pro1raa and bow it would benefit the City as a whole.
