The reasons given by the citizens were that the proposed line would split property under one ownership int o pa r t Indu stria l and p ~rt Res i dential not leaving enough Residential tor proper deve lOJment. Maximmn gross noor area in structures -t he sum total of the gross noor area in all structures on a lot, exclud ing the gross floor area of offstreet parking garages 1 shall not be greater than twc times the area of the lot on which the structures are located. 4. Advertising Signs -must be placed so as to not create an injurious effect by fiashing or by glare · on any surroundi n g residential area or to conflict with traffic lights. 5. Minimum oft-street pa rking and loa d i nga (a) See supplementary regulations. 6. Volume of sound genel'ated -Every use by right, and every pennitted accessory use, shall be so operated that the volume of sou nd inherently and recurrently generated is not un- reasonable loud at any point of any b ou nda ry l i ne of the lot on which the uae is located. 7. Every use shall b e so operated that the ground vibration inherenUy and recurrenUy generated is not unreasonable loud at any point o f a ey boundary line of the lot on which the use is · located. 8 . Every use shall be so operated that it does not emit an obnoxious or dangerous degree ofheat, glare , r adiation, fumes, gas or smoke beyond any brundary line of the lot on which the use is located. 9. No •terials or wastes shall bt denosited upon a lot in such fonn or manner that they may be transferred off the lot by natu ral cau3AS or forces. 10. All materials or wastes wh i ch mi g ht cause fumes or dust or which ccnstitute a fire hazard or which may be edible by or otherwise attracted b y rodents or insects shallbe stored outdoors only in closed containers.
